Dell Latitude 5491 SERVICE TAG: F9KDST2 Intel Core i7-8850H 2.6GHz Processor Webcam 16GB of RAM 256GB SSD Hard Drive No Optical Drive 14" LCD Resolution: 1920 x 1080 Battery Health: Excellent NOTE: This laptop DOES NOT HAVE A WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM LOADED ON IT. Cosmetically this laptop is in good condition. There are scratches and wear marks on the lid (see pictures). There are press marks on the LCD screen. There is rub wear on the touchpad and palm rest areas (see pictures). There is a crack on the left edge above the SC card slot (see pictures). According to the BIOS, the battery health is excellent. The battery does hold some kind of charge, but we do not know for how long. Sorry, but we can not warranty the battery. This laptop is not a touchscreen model. Thanks :).
