"The unit is fully functional and boots to Windows. Occasionally, during the startup process, a recovery prompt appears; however, this is easily bypassed by pressing F1, and the system proceeds to load the OS normally. Please note that the internal battery is missing, so the device requires a constant power connection via the AC adapter to operate. With a fresh Windows update and a replacement battery, this would be a highly reliable machine." It does have windows on it, and could be a good little computer with the right updates
