This item was bulk loaded from a different venture that closed down. Due to unclear instructions, many of the "parts" laptops actually work, and need to be retested (they didn't put RAM in them when checking) I haven't had a chance to check over all of the laptops, so I raised the price and put a "Best offer" on the listings Please make an offer, I will pull the laptop and check it out. If the laptop is in better than advertised condition, I'll likely counteroffer. If the laptop is in as described condition, I may consider accepting your offer, but severe lowball offers will likely be ignored, as I'm not going to sell a laptop for $20, unless its in a lot of 3 for $60 .
