This laptop works with an external monitor and keyboard. The screen only stays on when the laptop is cracked open, when you attempt to open it all the way the screen turns off. The built-in keyboard does not seem to work consistently. The touchpad seems to be fine. Screen shots are from it being hooked up to an external monitor Windows 10 Home is installed. Battery doesn't have much juice
