Used this as my remote work computer for several years. Still works great – nothing is broken. However – when I try to factory reset it, it says I need to clear memory. I have tried everything I know to do that and I cannot find anything else to delete. It may be something my job installed to get remote access, but I cannot see anything else. Had a chip on corner – see picture. Screen was not impacted at all.
