Model is showing HP 2000 Notebook PC, tested all working keys, os, bios but it has a bad battery or charger that is not being recognized. I may not have the correct charger wattage or the battery is in bad condition, therefore sold as described. Specs : AMD E-300 1300MHZ CPU Radeon Hd 4GB RAM memory 320gb of hard drive storage Windows 10 freshly installed Bad battery Charger is included but can’t guaranteed it won’t be 3rd party, free charger of any sort that fits.
