The MicroDome G2 5MP Outdoor Network Dome Camera from Arecont Vision utilizes a 1/2.5″ CMOS image sensor. It features CorridorView for better coverage of hallways and corridors. The camera uses SNAPstream (Smart Noise Adaptation and Processing) technology to reduce bandwidth without impacting the image quality. The camera’s built-in remote focus capability allows for rapid setup by simply clicking on short-range focus or full-range focus. The three-axis lens adjustment provides multiple camera placement options, allowing the camera to be easily mounted on a wall or ceiling, while allowing you to pan, tilt, and rotate the lens in a variety of directions for a precise field of view. Its installer-friendly enclosure shortens the installation process. The MicroDome camera features an IK10-rated impact-resistant cast-aluminum housing with dual polycarbonate bubbles, capable of withstanding the equivalent of 120 lb of force.
