Cosmetic Quality Each computer or laptop is inspected for cleanliness and cosmetic defects. Because these are refurbished items we only pass through items that will be 4 out of 5 stars for refurbished products. Shipments Handling We will ship all orders within 3 business days of payment. Delivery Shipping is included for free with your purchase. We use FedEx for all of our shipping and provide tracking for all purchases. We ship to United States and utilize the eBay Global Ship Program.
