Every computer we sell includes all necessary cables, product licenses, instructions and documentation. Laptops will come with Lithium Ion Batteries (Battery is not guaranteed to hold a charge.) You will receive tracking information via email (the email address associated with your PayPal account) within three business days of purchase, and will be shipped fedex ground. Q. Shipments Handling We will ship all orders within 3 business days of payment. Delivery Shipping is included for free with your purchase. We use FedEx for all of our shipping and provide tracking for all purchases. Shipments are sent only to the address provided by PayPal shipping account address. If you wish to have the item shipped to a different address, please change your shipping address in PayPal.
