This item is pre-loved, so don’t expect a brand new laptop. Factory seal is broken, however the hardware has not been altered in any way, it was only to clear out dust. Missing a screw at the bottom, but that does not affect the laptop whatsoever. Willing to negotiate price, however lowballs will not be tolerated. Charger included. Still can run games well at medium to low settings. Good entry-level budget laptop. Don’t expect it to run AAA games
