LAPTOP WAS FACTORY RESET AND SSD AND OR HDD WAS WIPED OR REPLACED – THEN WINDOWS DOWNLOADED. No AC adapter/charging cord. In used working conditions. No issues with the screen. We are closed over the weekends.
