Laptop is completely functional as seen from the pictures and had been upgraded to Win 11 with 20Gb DDR4 RAM (17.9 GB usable due to iGPU) The laptop, however, suffered a fall on the USB A side and the ports may not be fully operational. The USB C does work and the hdmi. Recently, the battery has not been able to charge. The keyboard suffered cracks due to that but touchscreen works and can be used as a computer. I have used it for a long time with the touchscreen no problem. Willing to take offers. This is still a solid machine!
