Dell Inspiron 2650 15″ Celeron Laptop [No Power Cord, Untested]
Unsure if it powers on but on a quick check it doesn’t look to be missing anything other than the power cable. Everything seems to be in order except for the lack of a power cable so I cannot confirm if battery is good or the laptop powers on.
