item has been reset to factory settings with chrome installed. one has a small bright spot on the screen but doesn’t affect usage. the touch screen, keyboard, touch pad and speakers all work as intended. the battery holds a good charge. there are marks and or scratches on upper and lower cases. there is no stylus or charger included. build date 12/2021
