When i test, it will at least run in dell E6400, E6500, E6520, E6410, 9020, 7040, 960, dell 1545, and vostro 1520, if those pc has 64bit version/4gb RAM, just be aware, it designs to be able to bypass TPM and CPU check, so it good for you if your pc did not supported by auto upgrade.
