asus laptop., I no longer have access to the computer password ,also needs to be plugged in to stay on and wont charge , it has to be factory restarted ,the reason im am putting for sale because its fixable and not seriously messed .No dents or scratches slight ware on the casing and comes with two chargers . model : X540S
