UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR ATTEMPTS WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTY. Returns You may return your items for any reason within 30 days of initial delivery. Special/custom order cannot be returned. Special/custom orders cancelled later than 24 hours after purchase are subject up to a 15% cancellation fee. Exchanges are only available for 30 days from receipt, unless as otherwise determined by our technical staff. Customer must report any visible damage within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange based upon such visible damage. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, you cannot obtain a refund or exchange because of the visible damage.
