Because these are refurbished items we only pass through items that will be 4 out of 5 stars for refurbished products. (4 out of 5 Stars means there will be some scratches or rubbing to the metal and plastic cases.) 3. What type of computers do we sell? A. We sell off-lease business and education computers than are business class. Business class computers are meant to last longer than consumer class computers. Shipments Handling We will ship all orders within 3 business days of payment. Delivery Shipping is included for free with your purchase. We use FedEx for all of our shipping and provide tracking for all purchases. We ship to United States and utilize the eBay Global Ship Program. Shipments are sent only to the address provided by PayPal shipping account address. If you wish to have the item shipped to a different address, please change your shipping address in PayPal.
