It has 8Gb RAM (can be upgraded to max 32Gb – there are 2 DDR4 slots on the motherboard) and 256Gb Samsung SSD (can be upgraded to any size 2.5″ SATA SSD easily). This laptop officially supports Windows 10, and HP has Windows 10 drivers for it, however it does not officially support Windows 11, and the video drivers will fail installing in Windows 11 unless you disable driver signature checks.
