when connected the power this unit can boot to the novo menu for a few seconds before powering itself down. I don’t think its a problem with the battery but rather a motherboard/storage failure/failing power IC/dead onboard storage/BIOS corruption. everything else functioned the last time it worked properly so it should work with a new motherboard or stripped.
