Brand: Dell Model: Inspiron 14-3451 (3000 Series) Service Tag: H5Q2582 Condition: FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. The laptop powers on, the fan spins, and the status lights blink, but the screen remains black. I have not performed any internal repairs or diagnostic testing beyond a power-on test. Physical Condition: The casing shows some scuffs and signs of use consistent with age (see photos). The keyboard and touchpad are intact. Screen is physically in good shape with no visible cracks. Includes: Laptop only. No charger included. Hard drive has been removed for data privacy. Sold AS-IS with no returns for parts or restoration.
