Comes with original charger and an extra one that is smaller and charges the device slow but worked as a travel charger for me. The pen it comes with is a replacement not the original one. Device has had a skin on it since day one so the case should be pretty pristine, only noticeable damage is the little rubber feet on the bottom came off. Used it through my last 2 years of engineering school still works great.
