item has been reset to factory settings with chrome installed. item has been open for inspection and all components are intact and working. the back cover before opening on the top right corner, the plastic retainer was broken and inside the unit. the battery holds a good charge and palmrest and speakers work as intended. there are minor marks and or scratches on upper and lower cases. also a small dent on the top right corner. no charger is included. build date 06/2025
