Here is a Dell Chromebook 5190 2-in-1 model, works great, but has cosmetic flaws. The device case has some moderate-heavy scuffs and scratches on it, but it does not affect functionality. Device works great, and it is touchscreen. Device comes factory reset, clear of any data, but does not include charger. It takes USB-C so a charger will be inexpensive and widely available.
