You get the exact laptop pictured in used condition. Does have some scuffs and show some light wear also has a crack in the case see photo. It has no ram and no hard drive. I did temporarily install some ram just to boot to bios so you could see the system specs. It will not boot to bios without the ram installed so please note do not buy this if you do not know how to install your own ram and hard drive. No charger. Comes with hard drive caddy and screws. Battery health shows excellent
