Dell Latitude 5421 SERVICE TAG: 62M97G3 Intel Core i5-11500H 2.90GHz Processor Webcam 16GB of RAM 256GB SSD Drive No Optical Drive 14" LCD Resolution: 1920 x 1080 Windows decal Battery Health: Fair NOTE: This laptop DOES NOT HAVE A WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM LOADED ON IT. This laptop has scratches and peeling on the lid (see pictures). There is edge wear on the corners and along the sides. There is a scratch and scuff mark on the left side of the LCD screen. There are some nicks on the right side of the LCD screen. There is a crack below the SC card slot. There is peeling on the bottom of the case. According to the BIOS, the battery health is fair. The battery does hold some kind of charge, but we do not know for how long. Sorry, but we can not warranty the battery. Thanks :).
