Dell Latitude 5590 SERVICE TAG: 8HVYLQ2 Intel Core i5-8250U 1.6GHz Processor 16GB of RAM 256GB SSD Hard Drive Webcam No Optical Drive 15.6" LCD Resolution: 1920 x 1080 Windows decal Battery Health: Poor This laptop DOES NOT HAVE WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM LOADED ON IT. Cosmetically this laptop is in good condition. There are scratches and wear marks on the lid. There is rub wear on the touchpad, palm rest areas and some of the keys. There is some broken plastic and dent in the grille on the bottom of the case. There is a white scuff mark on the bottom of the case. According to the BIOS, the battery health is good. The battery does hold some kind of charge, but we do not know for how long. Sorry, but we can not warranty the battery. Not a touchscreen model. Thanks :).
