I got this laptop in 2020 to use for college, however it started randomly shutting down, and as someone that isn’t super techy, I gave up on trying to fix it a couple years ago. It is a touchscreen laptop and the screen can bend all the way back to use like a tablet. Screen resolution is amazing and clear. Audio is very good. Hopefully someone who knows more about technology than me can figure out how to fix it! :)
