This laptop has battery issues and will not work without being plugged in and charged up after a few minutes. In addition, the left side usb c ports are not functional. Only the right side port will accept power and data. The display has hairline cracks extending from one impact point and the touch screen is unresponsive in some areas, but when it's on it's not too noticeable. Cosmetically, despite there being moderate signs of use on the chassis such as dents, micro scratches, and cracked plastic parts, the laptop still holds up well.
