Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding national holidays). All orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day. If you are located outside the continental USA (HI, AK, PR and other) - please contact us prior to ordering to obtain an accurate shipping quote. You will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives if any kind of problem has incurred with your order or payment. In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. If you refuse any shipments from Compeve_corp, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. If you are not satisfied with compeve_corp services and products you can cancel your order or return merchandise asking for a replacement/refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment. 2. Products must be sent back within 14 days after contacting us. All returns will be tested. In some cases return for refund found to be non-defective, may result in a 20% restocking fee.
