Fresh load of Windows 11 Pro installed and updated. Battery is included, but we do not guarantee the life of as is batteries. Board issue: When doing a fresh load of Windows, you would need to do a local account first before adding any cloud accounts. If you do not, unit will require a previously loaded company email to continue - caused by pre-programmed features set in unit's motherboard - unable to clear this feature.
